Digital Goods & Media Downloads
All digital merchandise, photo sets, and video downloads are delivered immediately upon payment clearance.
  • Accessing Downloads: Download links are instantly accessible within your user profile under Account > Orders. A backup download link will also be transmitted to your registered email address.
  • Technical Support: Should you encounter any technical difficulties downloading or viewing your files, please contact customer support immediately for assistance.
  • All Sales Final: Due to the immediate, non-tangible nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital goods are 100% final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund once the digital files have been made available or emailed to you.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders for tangible, physical merchandise are processed and dispatched within twenty-four (24) business hours of order placement.
  • Carriers: Domestic shipments are fulfilled via DHL, UPS, or USPS at our discretion.
  • Signature Requirement: To ensure secure delivery, all physical orders exceeding a total value of $100.00 USD may require a signature release upon delivery.
  • Address Restrictions: Please be advised that we may not be able to deliver physical goods to all P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address may be required at checkout.
International Shipping
International consignments of physical merchandise are processed and shipped within twenty-four (24) business hours.
  • Carriers: Global shipping options are provided via DHL, UPS, and USPS.
  • Signature Requirement: All international orders exceeding a value of $100.00 USD necessitate a signature release upon delivery.
  • Address Restrictions: We are unable to facilitate delivery to international P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO destinations.
  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties, customs tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT) are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These fees are determined by your destination country. Please consult your local customs office for specific guidance before ordering.

ArchEnemys.com shall not be held liable or responsible for delivery delays, transit interruptions, or package losses caused by factors outside our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Customs inspections, regulatory border delays, or international confiscations.
  • Natural occurrences, severe weather events, or acts of God.
  • Post-handover issues occurring during the transfer of packages from the primary shipping carrier to local country postal networks.
  • Disruptions, delays, or backlogs caused by regional air, rail, or ground transportation strikes.
Additionally, the platform is entirely exempt from liability regarding any auxiliary fees, local brokerage tariffs, storage fees, or subsequent legal charges incurred once the package has exited the United States.
